@twilio @TwilioHelp Our fully paid account was mistakenly suspended, causing a critical outage for our customers. We shouldn't have to pay a $250 support fee just to report a system bug. Please escalate and let us re-use our service.

@twilio Any help you can give outside of email support to get a campaign review complete? It's been a month, too much back and forth, all boxes checked and starting to feel like an AI reviewer is in the middle of all the interaction that it can't reason a screenshot for proof.

@twilio is by FAR the scumiest SAAS company I have ever had to deal with
They suspended my account years ago for non usage, and now they have started charing me again for it, and still leave it suspended!
Anyone else experience this?

@twilio we had an account years ago. I understood the account to be closed and our data removed.
This morning I got two notifications saying that our credit card has been billed (2 x $20). When I try to log in, I reach a page saying 'SID ... pending closure'. I can't use your support system because I don't have an active account.
The card is expired, but it's disconcerting to be receiving these messages. Please assist in closing this account properly.

Who knows what's happening @twilio in that they just billed an expired credit card $2,000 on an account that hasn't been used since the year 2021. Gross error or feeling financial pressures? I don't know because they are not getting back to me.

@twilio You just tried to charge an old card of mine. I've not used my account for a couple of years, and it is allegedly "Suspended" in the console. Any comment?
