I once sacrificed a fully paid opportunity to travel out just because my friend begged me not to leave her alone during a tough time(she had just lost both parents to an acc!dent and also had to drop out from school,she had no sibling but just me her friend)
I stayed. I showed up for her. I was there through everything.
Few months later… she relocated quietly without telling me 💀

@uleee_20 That exhaustion is real and it usually means the strategy needs to change, not the effort level. Mass applying is the worst conversion rate in job searching; you'd get better results picking 10 companies you actually want and finding one person at each to talk to directly

I was saying to someone that Gmail should have a seen feature on sent mails that way applicant have an opportunity to know where they stand because sometimes you don't even get a rejection mail.
