@Di_Double57617 Thank you so much for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry that you had an experience at Under Canvas that was not up to our usual brand standard. The electrical issue for the AC in the lobby tent has since been fixed.

@undercanvas It’s 95 degrees outside Smoky Mountains and lodge doesn’t have working AC’s. Per employees the AC hasn’t worked all season so far. They were very nice but looked like they were dying . Unacceptable. It would be nice to have a little reprieve from the heat ourselves
