After fifteen years I am no longer Chair of @unitepsbranch, the union branch representing staff of MPs and Lords from all parties in parliament and in constituency offices.

A truly significant moment. For the first time an MP has lost their seat predominantly due to bullying staff. I hope others take note and recognise that their behaviour may now have severe consequences.

BREAKING: By-election in Wellingborough 🚨 13.2% of voters signed the recall petition - surpassing the 10% threshold needed. Peter Bone will cease to be an MP but can stand in the forthcoming by-election. The Conservatives held the seat with a 19,000 majority in 2019.
