The life sim genre definitely needs a dethroning, and inZoi and Paralives ain’t it. But every time I try to consider what a stripped down well thought out core gameplay loop would look like for it, I basically think of Rimworld. What’s the differentiating factor?

One funny thing about coding with the bot is that even if you never run your tests (often it can’t automatically figure out how) that they’re there for it to read still increases code quality

@tautologer Symbolic language is our top level of evolved comprehensible complexity. You’d think we could do something with sound/speech but then you’d lose the nonlinearity. Genuinely don’t think there is. Picking your symbols well goes a long way though
