रिपोर्टर्स कलेक्टिव के अनुसार असम में 3200 मेगावाट का पावर प्रोजेक्ट मतलब देश का सबसे बड़ा ओवरपेमेंट स्कैम 😄 अब जरा सच्चाई भी सुन लीजिए 3200 मेगावाट सुनते ही ऐसा प्रेजेंट किया गया जैसे पूरा 3200 मेगावाट घर-घर भेज दिया जाएगा, जबकि असल में नेट सप्लाई करीब 3000 मेगावाट है और असम की जरूरत 2035 तक 2829 मेगावाट। मतलब जो थोड़ा बहुत फर्क है, वही तो सिस्टम को स्टेबल रखने का बफर होता है, लेकिन नहीं, उसे सरप्लस बताकर हेडलाइन बना दी गई। फिर आया 6000 मेगावाट वाला खुलाया। कहानी ये बनाई गई कि असम ने जरूरत से दोगुना दिखा दिया। असल में ये नंबर आने वाले ₹4.91 लाख करोड़ के इंडस्ट्रियल इन्वेस्टमेंट को ध्यान में रखकर है। मतलब कल फैक्ट्री लगे, डेटा सेंटर आए, बिजली चाहिए। अब बात फेवर की जमीन सरकार ने दी, तो ये भी स्कैम कोई ये नहीं बताएगा कि यही मॉडल पहले भी कई प्रोजेक्ट्स में इस्तेमाल हुआ है और सभी बिडर्स को बराबर मौका मिला था। और हां, क्लीयरेंस आज भी डेवलपर को ही लेने हैं, लेकिन वो लाइन हेडलाइन में फिट नहीं बैठती। कोयला सप्लाई पर स्पेशल छूट का ड्रामा भी हुआ, पर असली कारण? प्लांट असम में होगा तो ट्रांसमिशन कॉस्ट घटेगा, ग्रिड मजबूत होगा, रोजगार मिलेगा, एसजीएसटी आएगा। लेकिन ये सब लिखने से तो नैरेटिव नहीं सेट होता। और सबसे मजेदार बात, 3200 मेगावाट को एक ही प्रोजेक्ट क्यों रखा? क्योंकि इससे कॉमन इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का फायदा मिलता है, लागत घटती है और बिजली सस्ती होती है। अगर इसे 1600-1600 में बांट देते, तो वही लोग कहते कि महंगी बिजली क्यों? #Assam
