@BenVerlander I’ve only been to a baseball game twice, once in Villahermosa, Tabasco and I recently went to a game Bluejays at Phoenix. Game in Mexico was super fun! The energy is amazing! Music, dance, jokes. Us Mexicans surely know how to have a great time!!!

Los actores claro que se han ganado un lugar en el medio, pero los extras igualmente son personas valiosas y no merecen el trato que les dan. En la CDMX se habla mucho de DDHH, pero en este medio se pisotean los derechos laborales. Ojalá se vea y se haga algo.

Sí les dan de comer, pero los tratan sin consideración. Está bien que México dé permiso de grabar aquí, pero deben ser más exigentes con cómo tratan a la gente que contratan

Mi esposo fue extra en CDMX y trabajan hasta 14 horas sin siquiera tener en donde sentarse; y el día que pidió una silla para sentarse lo corrieron… es indignante el trato que les dan.

My first steps in Oaxaca - Call to Sunrise and Prayers Arrived last night on a bus from Puebla. A joyous rain washing the town. Oh, is the Mexican countryside stunning! Checked into my place, and went to bed. Woke up before the Sun, being pulled out the door, where? My feet know. I land in the main courtyard to the Santo Domingo Cathedral! Amazing! Sun rising, and this is where people have told me to go….and here I am! But the doors are closed. The sun breaks over the Church and lands on the courtyard with the songs of birds. I sit down in the Sun on a stone bench that has had hundreds of years on me…….I’m the newcomer. Then…..the doors open…..and ……. First time I’ve ever made a video of….the first time walking into a Cathedral, but here it is. My first steps into San Domingo. The advice I was given, “walk into the Cathedral, take a few steps, then look up. So I did……….. ………then I found a little cafe, to sit down, and let it all settle. Wow! That’s it……wow!

I still can’t get over the The Museo Nacional de Antropología (National Museum of Anthropology) in Mexico City - I went to this Museum last week…..as an architect, as a visitor to this great Country, and as a pupil of Life. This museum (even without any of the artifacts inside) is a History lesson of Mexico in “Pure Form”, and inspired me to no end. I made this video of the “Feeling” it bestowed upon me, and I played some music to it………that’s enough for now…..”The Feeling”. I am still wandering my way through my pictures and memories, and I intend to make a detailed post of this amazing piece of architecture. It deserves it. Mexico should be proud to have such a wondrous history, and the architects and architecture to hold that history in place.
