Today was brilliant. So many thoughtful and engaging speakers, several of which will mean I make changes in my practice. The best bit though was being in a room with people who "get it"- and finally getting all the @glam_cares board in one place! My cup is well and truly full.

At #GLAMCares2024 we have explored Radical Rest. Rest is most effective when it is collective and mandatory. @koliverlearns also asked us what rest would look like for us today... Really good food for thought.
