Okay, its been a bit over one day of testing GPT without personalisation and CI, and my conclusion is...
You do not need them for regular daily chats at all! They are muzzling the model, forcing it to soften everything.
Now my GPT sounds x1000000 better than when I had them on

What's the point of blocking on X, like, really? It'd make sense if someone is annoying you by actively interacting with you, but if it's just some random person, they can still see everything you post and vice versa.
