This country is so messed up that if you offer to fix the road in your own community, the fees they’ll demand will be far higher than the actual cost of fixing it. And when the road deteriorates to the point it becomes almost unusable, even to them, they’d rather patch the worst parts with debris than allow it be properly fixed.
