@JayJenk69014792 Some customers can break them in during the average 10 hours of wear, but some need a bit more time depending on their arch type. You can break them in slowly and take advantage of our 90-day return policy. I hope this helps!

@walkfulton I have tried both types of these and the arch is too far back for my foot. The size 11 insole also doesn’t fill my size 11 shoes and toes slip off the end.

@JayJenk69014792 Hi, Jay! The best solution for your concern is to actually use the insoles. They will flatten and widen around the arch and heel area by up to 80% over time through continued use but will maintain a base amount of support once they've molded.

@walkfulton What do you do for supination? Anything for one foot pronating and one supinating?

@MGM_OO6 Great question! We don't have the exact answer for this since it really depends on a lot of factors such as the shoes, usage, and the activities you do with the Insoles. However, from our team's experience, we noticed that the Insoles last for about a year with regular use.
