@bluevine I got my first round with you .. flawless. Second round, I received a denial letter stating you could not verify my identity. Then a day later the status changed to this. What is going on? My emails aren’t being responded to and phone lines aren’t taking calls.

@AskSunTrust Nothing on my dashboard has changed in over a week (last change was when I get the money bag and an interest rate). I check it at least 50 times a day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Are there any @BBT @SunTrust #Truist customers anywhere who have actually had a #PaycheckProtectionProgram #PPPloan get actually closed and funded??

@BBT I am beyond frustrated at the lack of information and transparency in regards to the PPP loans. No info at all since application (boiler plate emails and responses is not information). Do not be surprised when you lose all your small business clients to the local banks!
