My dear friend Dizelas (he’s a russian CH artist who you might know from Telegram (@\dizelnykartel) or VK (@\sirdizel)) got into trouble – a TikTok creator plagiarized his design. I’m sharing my analysis. No to bullying, aggression, etc, these things are unacceptable here.

@olug48 @wargressor @archivesCH Bro idk😭🙏 I've been in this fandom for many years, I just remember it was a common design because even myself was used to draw Poland that way, with the same haircut and the separation between the tooth, I was really not trying to be rude omg😢

@TrashyPeachy_ I can assume they don’t even read the post till the end, or trying to disorient others consciously. They all talk about the same design “that has existed for many years” and yet they can't show it, that has all listed features at the same time.

@wargressor People don't get it, yeah Dizelas doesn't own the concept of short hair and tooth gap in a Poland design however, the other creator took those elements from them and changed NOTHING, its straight up plagiarism,,,period🙅🏿‍♀️🙅🏿‍♀️

@Chrzszcz2 Thanks for acknowledging the fact of plagiarism, but the rest of the post is irrelevant. Keeping my right to hide that one too.

@wargressor Plagiarising but it’s both very basic design 😭 this isn’t that big of an issue

@olug48 @uwurnyian @archivesCH That’s just straight disorienting and uninformative, no quality proof, so I’m keeping my right to hide that one.

@olug48 @uwurnyian @archivesCH For some unknown reason their review doesn't get to the part where I clearly and repeatedly talk about the COMBINATION of features that make them simply indistinguishable between each other. I already made a statement about popular ones.

@uwurnyian @archivesCH If you had gotten to the part with the dialogue instead of just skimming the first image of the thread, you would have known that I heard that one many times. Schrödinger's design.

@wargressor @archivesCH Not trying to be rude but this design for Poland has been in the fandom for many years, I've seen this exact design many times

@Chrzszcz2 What difference does it make whether it's basic or not... Probably if I had received an answers to the simplest questions, this thread would have been twice as short.

@wargressor Иногда видела какие-то его арты, были прикольные, но теперь зная, что он тупо копирует что-то у других, стало как-то грустно. Просто до этого не углублялась особо в это и что он там еще рисует, иногда в тт в рекомендациях попадалось

@3n0utik_sadust Я очень много думала об этом на самом деле, копаясь в его дизайнах, знакомые мне АВТОРСКИЕ приемы встречались то тут то там. Я так и полагала, что КХ сеттинг чувака является троекратно переработанным нечто на основе Пинтереста.

@wargressor Видела этого чела в тт, у него вроде и другие дизайны стран тоже похоже на других авторов. Как минимум я замечала похожее (с тем же еперный театром/витей)

@Rad0activeLotus Прекрасная идея для подъема охватов, но не хочу сбивать чудесные работы других художников… ЭТИМ.

@olug48 If they have clear proof that all these accusations are fabricated, then this is a great chance to FINALLY say and show something other than rudeness.

@wargressor If he had simply acknowledged the inspiration, I'm sure you would have found common ground...but he decided stand on his ground and don't provide any evidence that this is a "common poland design" and constantly change his testimonies

Now this is a massive chunk of information and I hope I didn’t messed up data that much… If some inaccuracy is found, let me know.

@olug48 I got an unjustified shade in the face for my attempt to talk things out. This is upsetting – making excuses for yourself using Pinterest and BASICALLY FORCING the design creator in the end to come to terms that since his art is in the media – then he must endure this?!

@wargressor The behavior of the author who took the design is terrible, especially upsetting is the contrast between how he responded to a PUBLIC comment about the "similarities" of the designs, and how he responded to you AND DESIGN AUTHOR in DM😕😕

We both tried to talk with them but it only got worse unfortunately…
