Maintenance is exceeding the window I had allocated. This is affecting most of our services.

2025 is our 30th anniversary. Thank you to those who have hosted their websites with us throughout the decades. We continue to provide the most amazing Warped services.

@warped The Helpdesk isn't letting me submit a ticket. I am able to log into my account, but I get a Perldesk Software Error when I hit 'Submit'.

Whoopsie. After editing one of our reminder scripts, it decided to go ahead and run and well, now you have 2 mails from us that is early.

I have the Headband of Intellect. All others are counterfeit.

To quote Douglas Adams: "We have normality. I repeat, we have normality. Anything you still can't cope with is therefore your own problem." Upgrade complete. Use helpdesk for problems you can't cope with.

Upgrade maintenance... of course there will be issues when php is involved.

All services are running normally. Submit a helpdesk ticket if you notice something unusual.

We are checking for any issues.

FYI Warped people: We are one of the customers that will be taking this trip, so we are expecting an extended downtime from Friday at 20:00 Eastern until Saturday 20:00 or sooner.

@wanda_lotus Forgot to update here. The MySQL update I ordered the custom config of where the databases live. Fixed.

Post maintenance issues seems to revolve around he PHP and MySQL update. Some customers are reporting database connection issues. We are looking into it.

New drives are online and appear to be working. Running tests and bringing the VMs online. Thanks to @quickpacket for the fast turnaround.

Drives have been copied. Waiting for them to be swapped and powered back up. Fingers crossed.

Replacing old drives in the charlotte server before bad things happen. Web and mail services will be down until I’m done.
