It consists of 5 phases; todays launch will have new features, with dynamic defection costs. phase 1: 40 mins interphase 1: 20 mins (100% refunds) phase 2: 20 mins interphase 2: 20 mins phase 3: 20 mins interphase 3: 20 mins phase 4: 20 mins interphase 4: 40 mins phase 5: 40 mins for each phase and interphase, there will be a unique SOL address. phases are for contributing. interphases are for refunds. you can join phase 1. if you want to exit at interphase 1, you can get 100% refunds. after phase 2 begins, you can ask for partial refunds, at each interphase. phases 1 and 5 will have their valuation determined by how much SOL raised. phases 2,3,4 will have x1.21, x1.44 and x1.69 of phase 1 valuation, in that order. if you ask for a refund at interphase 2,3,4, you will get partial refunds. for each interphase, refund ratio will be determined by the phase before it, and will be announced here. phase 1 will distribute 10% of the supply. phases 2,3,4 will distribute a maximum of 5% of supply. if their raise cap is not met, their supply will partially roll over to phase 5. phase 5 will have 5% of supply + whatever rolls over from phases 2,3,4. there will be auto defection protection for phases 4,3,2, in that order. interphase 4 will be the last phase for defection, meaning to ask for refund. for each phase and interphase i will share a unique SOL address here. at the end of phase 5, initial valuation ends. after that, we will calculate the allocations of each participant, and they will have tokens airdropped. then 90% of the raised funds will go into liquidity pool with 10% of total supply. remaining 60% of tokens will be burned. this will take a bit of time to eliminate any potential mistakes. all distribution refunds will be done AFTER the process ends. remaining 10% of the funds will go directly into 2027 token buybacks. that is our infrastructure token. before, a similar methodology was played as an experiment (D17), and it gave birth to 2027 token, pinned in my profile. this methodology ensures no supply capture for low cost, no bundling, and a fair participant base valuation, as shown by 2027. we have a dedicated website where you can see how much raised at each of the 5 phases, how much raised, and at what cost, along with defections. all distribution and valuation will be done transparently, verifiable on chain. today we launch the first memecoin produced by 2027, called XBT. it is a significant meme that captures the roots and essence of crypto. i will be here for all your questions and to help.
