It ain't no lie, JC Chasez is heading to Rewind Washington. Please welcome JC Chasez to the first ever Rewind Washington convention on March 28th and 29th in Puyallup. JC Chasez is a multi-Grammy nominated singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor well known for his central role in the late 1990s and early 2000s pop phenomenon *NSYNC. He began his entertainment career as a performer on The All-New Mickey Mouse Club (1991–1994), where he honed his singing, dancing, and on-camera skills alongside future stars like Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera. In 1995, he joined *NSYNC as one of the group's primary vocalists. *NSYNC achieved massive global success, selling tens of millions of albums and becoming one of the best-selling boy bands in music history. Their self-titled debut and follow-up No Strings Attached shattered sales records, with the latter's lead single "Bye Bye Bye" and others like "It's Gonna Be Me," "Tearin' Up My Heart," and "God Must Have Spent a Little More Time on You" dominating charts and MTV. Chasez co-wrote several tracks across their discography, including "Selfish," "The Two of Us," "Up Against the Wall," and "The Game Is Over" on the 2001 album Celebrity, showcasing his growing songwriting talent. After *NSYNC entered an indefinite hiatus following their 2002 Celebrity Tour, Chasez released a solo album, Schizophrenic, in 2004. Chasez has spent time as a songwriter and producer, contributing to projects for various artists. Throughout his career, he has performed or recorded with artists including Elton John, Ariana Grande, Aerosmith, Mary J Blige, Britney Spears, Smokey Robinson, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion, Miguel, Aloe Blacc and Gloria Estefan. In addition to his music career, JC has held various on-camera appearances, including being a series judge on all seven seasons of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew. Most recently In 2024, Chasez and his writing partner Jimmy Harry released “Playing with Fire,” a 16-track musical theater concept album, inspired by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, marking his first major recorded project in two decades and blending pop, electronic, and classical elements. The project is currently in development with a book being written for the musical. Meet JC Saturday and Sunday at Rewind Washington. He will be with us meeting fans, signing autographs, taking photos, and hosting a special event for his Superfans. More details are still to come.
