More visual identity exploration for Jamcore

we ran a UX audit on a SaaS product last month. found 7 critical issues. the team had no idea any of them existed. most common problems we see: > navigation labels that only make sense for the team, not the user. > forms that ask for too much, too early. > error states that explain literally nothing. > mobile experience that was clearly an afterthought

every time we review a design the first question is always "what can we take out?" not because minimal is trendy because clutter is a sign - the work's not finished yet

not everything needs to be bright to be clear

founders always want to "make it feel premium" and we get it. but the first thing we ask is - has anyone actually watched a real user try to use this? because most of the time the visuals are fine. the problem is the flow makes zero sense. users don't know where they are, what just happened, or what to do next. you can't polish your way out of confusion.

we design things that feel as good as they look, that's the whole purpose at Watermelon Studio.
