you are already jumping to the conclusion na "nakalusot" when this is the first time that you raised this concern to us. "nakalusot" po yan if na-raise na pero pinabayaan lang, you reported it to us, then rerespondehan, hindi naman po 24/7 nag-iikot ang OBO natin, that's where community report kicks in. Joint effort between the citizens and the LGU. No one asked you to go to the barangay for this building concern, exact location po ang tinanong sa inyo as stated on the last tweet.

Hi Cong @rex_gatchalian and Mayor @wesgatchalian @valenzuelacity, what is protocol target time to reach/arrive to the place when someone requests for ambulance for emergency purposes? Someone requested for an ambulance early today and it took them more than 45min to arrive!
