The biggest AI skill of 2026 isn't prompt engineering. It's AI literacy. Because the people getting ahead aren't the ones with better prompts. They're the ones who understand what's happening under the hood. Harvard just made 5 AI courses free: → Introduction to Generative AI lnkd.in/ec_UGKms → Prompt Engineering lnkd.in/ew2cnVyc → System Prompts & RAG lnkd.in/enjxCDiH → Basics of Generative AI lnkd.in/egGkc2BE → CS50's AI with Python lnkd.in/e-uRa4ea Most people won't take these. That's exactly why they're valuable. Bookmark it

I met my first business partner online. We never met each other until we signed the contract to sell the company at 16 years old. It was a podcasting company. We grew it by approaching all the top podcasters and giving them a deal they couldn’t refuse. Once we were attacked and…

And not only that the company paid for them. He treated me with respect and empowered me to do my best work. In less than a year, I did such a great job that he promoted me. And most importantly he left work at 5 and expected everyone else to do so too.

The best boss I ever had was a mountain biker. When I first met him he mentioned his hobby. On our second meeting, I brought it up and he was surprised - I listened and paid attention. I got the job at a top company. He was an amazing boss because he listened. More below

He never let feedback from others change his decisions - he observed himself. He shielded me from office politics. He gave me projects he knew I could do but still challenged me. He went high when many people went low. And he encouraged me to take communication classes.

This year, I lost 40 pounds. Here’s what worked: After mentioning my weight, a tourist guide in Greece told me to do something I love to lose weight. I started doing exercises that I enjoyed. Cancelled my gym membership because I never went. More below
