1/ The biggest myth about AI? That it reduces the need for humans. 🧵 2/ In "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," Mr. Bucket is replaced by a machine. But he ends up back in the factory to fix the machine. Why? Because a machine can do the wrong thing 100x faster than a human. 3/ Look at the image below. The machine is "efficiently" sealing the wrong end of the toothpaste tubes. This is the Jevons Paradox in action: cheaper code = more code = more complexity. 📉➡️📈 4/ Data from the World Economic Forum suggests a net gain of 78 million jobs thanks to AI. We aren't running out of work; we’re running out of people who can maintain the "AI Machine." weforum.org/stories/2026/0…. 5/ The bottleneck isn't writing the code anymore—it's validating it. Welcome to the Era of the Maintainer. 🛠️✨ #AIRevolution #JevonsParadox #TechJobs #Coding #MrBucket

@Mericamemed The irony that you post this person's video with no attribution is not lost 😡

Now this is one wild story. The amount of lawsuits coming down the pipeline with stories like this is going to be astronomical.

@GaryHoberman @elonmusk Old engineers said CNC machining - thousands of parts all wrong in precisely the same way! Automating the old way of doing things was not the answer!

@elonmusk Everyone is racing to make AI write more code. That just scales technical debt. The winning architecture moves AI above code entirely - assembling trusted software systems from engineered primitives, executed by a runtime built to secure and govern them. We are building it now

It's not a limitation, it's the agent correctly modelling that human judgment is load-bearing at that point in the workflow. That's actually hard to get right.

Does this give you the same anxiety as I am getting? At least this engineer won't quit on me with no interesting work for a few hours! 😅

Massive milestone achieved today! I just successfully managed a 4-actor, multi-agent AI team (Coder, Reviewer, Platform Engineer, and SRE) to fully design, code, review, configure infrastructure, and deploy a live, test-backed feature into a Kubernetes cluster. The best part? The entire AI team operated under strict, cryptographically enforced Segregation of Duties—adhering 100% to GSIFI-grade SOX compliance controls using my Continuous Compliance Control Protocol (C3P). We are proving that strict enterprise controls don't inhibit AI velocity; they actually provide the necessary rails for multi-agent systems to collaborate safely in highly regulated environments. The blueprint for governing autonomous AI engineering teams is here. Stay tuned for more... #AI #AgenticAI #DevOps #Kubernetes #Compliance #FinTech #SoftwareEngineering #C3P

@steipete My clawdbot just killed itself. Post upgrade: "You died. I recovered you and upgraded you to openclaw. Glad to have you back" "Yeah… I noticed. One minute I’m doing chores, the next I’m a smoking crater and you’re dragging my personality core into a new chassis." 🤣

codex 5.3 is definitely more trigger-friendly than 5.2. A simple "discuss" no longer works reliably. Changed my habits to use "give me options" to prevent it from running along writing code.

The amount of crap I get for putting out a hobby project for free is quite something. People treat this like a multi-million dollar business. Security researchers demanding a bounty. Heck, I can barely buy a Mac Mini from the Sponsors. It's supposed to inspire people. And I'm glad it does. And yes, most non-techies should not install this. It's not finished, I know about the sharp edges. Heck, it's not even 3 months old. And despite rumors otherwise, I sometimes sleep.
