[NACHGEFRAGT] Wer ist @Fl4tLinr und was macht er bei @SissiStatePunks? Antwort: Ich bin der Markus, aka Fl4tLinr, und bin bei @SissiStatePunks der Manager des CS2 Main Teams. Ich bin seit 2017 im Esport Management aktiv und habe meine "Karriere" bei @DIVIZONgg begonnen, dort zunächst als CSGO Manager und danach als Head of Teams, was mir einen breiten Einblick in die deutsche Esport-Szene verschafft hat. Nachdem ich aus beruflichen Gründen etwas kürzer treten musste, bin ich durch Umwege bei SSP gelandet und habe mich zunächst um den Community-Bereich kümmern wollen. Als dann aber Not am Mann im CS-Bereich war, bin ich dorthin gewechselt, da ich aufgrund meiner Erfahrung und dem Team, mit dem ich zu 4/5 bereits bei DIVIZON gearbeitet hatte, bereits bekannt war. SSP bedeutet für mich ganz einfach sowas wie Familie. Die sind hier zwar alle irgendwie bekloppt, aber man muss sie irgendwie gerne haben. Das ist aber auch gleichzeitig der Reiz, den SSP ausmacht: Hier ist einfach jeder willkommen! Egal welchem Geschlecht, welcher Nationalität, welcher Sexualität man angehört, hier wird ein Platz gefunden und man wird herzlich aufgenommen. Gleichzeitig grenzen wir uns aber auch offensiv von diskriminierendem Gedankengut ab und sind dabei auch sehr deutlich, wie wir in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrfach bewiesen haben. Der Esport bedeutet hier nicht einfach nur, dass man sich abends mal trifft und was zockt. Hier wird der Esport und das Gaming zelebriert. Sei es durch LANs oder andere Offline Events oder durch Auftritte auf Messen und der Verbreitung unserer Leidenschaft in der Welt. Inklusion und Leidenschaft, das ist SSP!
