Lowkey, my regimen kinda strict. Up at 4:30 for prayer. Mainly eat oatmeal & salmon. Take my walks, drink my water, & go to bed by like 10:30. Don’t smoke anymore, barely ever drank to begin with. Thank God for a change of mind, healthy decisions & overall wisdom w/aging.
