@YourGuinness this is a disgrace! It's not only making @Athenastevens' home inaccessible, she's a prisoner inside her own home until you get this lift mended. She has cerebral palsy. It's poor service! @PIPlifts is there anything you can do to help, please?

🚨 @LFBSouthwark : I’ve been trapped in my flat for 5 days due to the lift being out—again—thanks to @YourGuinness . The lift has been broken for over 300 days in 7 years. This flat was sold as accessible. I have CP and am on floor 5. Can someone dm me to discuss code violation?
