@bcherny Anyway we could get some advice for this to stop happening? On mac, using Claude desktop with Claude chrome extension. Same account is logged in to both.

@alicelovescake1 @dguido @jeffzwang @alicelovescake1 Did this get fixed and shipped? I keep getting conenction error with chrome but I can see that Claude is in there in a "debug" session.

@dguido @jeffzwang Apologize for the friction! You're right that we upgraded desktop to have a newer socket format to support multiple profiles. I upgraded claude code's implementation over the weekend, just need to wait for Monday's release to update.

I can't get Claude for Chrome to work via Claude Code anymore. I did all the standard troubleshooting ('reconnect', start with --chrome, quit and relaunch Chrome). Anyone else having the same issue? What worked?
