Here’s my suggestion as to how the Backpack Leadership team can turn things around: 1. Be vulnerable - admit the faults made and acknowledge that decision making was poor leading up to TGE. 2. Rebuild credibility and trust with Mad Lad community. The reality is that most of the loyal ones were blocked and shafted out for speaking up. Bring them back into the community and rebuild confidence. 3. Rethink the balance of 75% distribution of $BP and allocate a substantial amount to Lad holders who are the core community. 4. Every Mad Lad should be given highest tier benefit on BP. Ignore previous views around how things should be around trying to game the system. 5. Focused team and investment behind growing Mad Lads beyond the current approach. The team feels that bringing on seasoned hires, building tech and ignoring the community outcry will get them to success. Look at the volume of $BP right now, one of the most disappointing coins right now. Most low cap memes are doing much better.
