@Skyelbarjo @cdposted As far as I've read, the event is canon as it just 'fills in' a minor or 'not as important' part of Arcane and it honestly didn't add anything to the plot of Arcane. It's just a cute event with Ekko and Heimerdinger.

@ZyciowaZmora on Demacia so there's some new things out there for that region right now. There's also some single player games by Riot Forge (the company no longer exists) and some of them are pretty fun so if you're more interested in that, look that up.

@ZyciowaZmora League of Legends itself isn't lore heavy...or has much lore. Some characters share voice lines and such but you aren't missing out on much in lore by not playing it. They tend to release comics and mini games and such when they release new seasons. The recent season is based

@kingyodoi Yeah, it would have been better if they had his parents pass away. But Wild Rift mentioning them in such a way makes it sound like they've become horrible or neglectful parents.

Arcane has done irrepairable damage to Ekko's lore in the form that everyone thinks his parents are dead. They aren't dead. Benzo, his boss and probably someone he looked up to, is dead. His parents, Inna and Wyeth, are not dead.
