Last evening, I witnessed a scene at Jinja Rd traffic junction. A prisons’ bus, escorted by 3 double cabins full of policemen; with sirens, drove from K’la Rd at chetah speed even when there was hardly passage through the traffic! What baffled me is how the policemen; with rage, FLOGGED EVERY ROAD USER IN THEIR SIGHT with electric cables as a way of shoving them to create way!
