A little negative stain work on our new instrument over the weekend... these are eukaryotic small ribosomal subunits purified in the lab by my awesome lab manager Natalia...👇 73K mag (apix of around 2). Stain is Uranium Formiate 0.75%, carbon and gold grids homemade.
