@eptwts Majority of it is mind masturbation. Tbh more of the way I’ve been seeing solid use case for it is busy work, low effort work that takes up little time yes, but that compounds. Many people are doing 50 different things with it, but not shipping anything 🤣

anyone else feel like the AI space has been polluted with so much generic BS? everyones so obsessed with features/benchmarks, yet we rarely see REAL use-cases shared take openclaw as an example, i've yet to see one convincing use case that makes it superior to tools we had beforehand

Best thing I’ve heard in a while. “Create value for the world and then capture a fraction of the value that you created”.

Our team @Neuroptima consists of ~10, 20 y/o’s who have all reached the top 0.01% in at least one (most of them multiple) video game titles. Business— especially brand building— is a quasi-video game. Everyone on the team gets full, unrestricted access to any/all data they want including financials. Between 2024 and 2025 we grew over 200% to mid-six figures in rev, 99% of which being entirely organic traffic — I don’t even think we ran a single paid advertisement. This year we are on pace to grow another 200%+. Recruiting a team of rock stars is useless if you refuse to give them the tools they need to succeed. Gate keeping data from people who’ve demonstrated their ability to “play the game” better than 99.99% of their competition would be asinine.

Someone in Hampton (1000+ founders) asked people if they share revenue and P&L with employees. Here's what they said: Founder A (bootstrapped, ~20 employees): "I share nothing. Not even with my COO. I've never been happier running a company." Founder B (also anti-transparency): When an employee pushed back on the secrecy, he told them: "if you want a bonus from the upside, you also take the downside." Said that ended the conversation immediately. Founder C (sold his company for $360M+): "If a CEO shares nothing with their C-suite, that's a red flag. Full stop." Founder D (middle ground): "I only share what employees can actually impact. Revenue without context just creates anxiety." Founder E (went full open-book): "We ran P&L tutorials for the whole team. It completely changed the culture." Where do you land on this?

The overthinker... Overthinking quite literally gets you nowhere. If you constantly think about every possible outcome that could happen and still don't take action, then you will get lapped by the retard who just keeps failing. He is held at a higher status than you because he has lived through failed experiences that taught him great lessons, while all you did was think about it. Take Action.

You have to understand efficiency to build. So what is efficiency? To put it in the simplest form, it is a specific task that is done over and over until you find a way to do it faster. Once you figure out how to do it faster, your next focus is to put the least amount of energy into the said task and get the most amount of output. Once you understand this, building becomes straightforward.

Let's learn some basic math today! Cost of Communication N is the variable of this equation, which means the number of people. n(n-1) If you assemble a team of 8 sales reps, within the equation, you do 8(8-1) -> 8(7) -> 56. This means with 8 people, you have 56 lines of communication. In hindsight, a lot of business owners think the more people you have within a team, the better, because you have more people to strategize with, execute with, etc. To a certain extent, this is wrong because now capital is being drained from the company, as everyone is just communicating rather than working. The more people you have within the team, the more the lines of communication grow exponentially, while productivity declines at such a fast rate. The goal is to create a broad team that is then divided into subgroups and niches, so you have a small team that is focused on certain things, and they communicate with each other in a small group of 3-5, rather than having a full army. With this, productivity/execution increases, and capital gets used accordingly rather than getting burned. Just something to think about, this can get more technical, but this is the simplified version.

Your only goal should be to win and complete the mission. What does this mean? Abuse the unfair advantages that you were given. This can be looks, connections, money, etc Life is not fair so deal with it. The sooner you learn this the better because you can then start operating on a different playing field. Anyone who complains that you aren’t playing fair are just weak people, natural selection is a real thing, so let nature deal with them. Gn.

3 ways Businesses Fail: 1. 99% of the time, it doesn't solve a problem 2. No cash reserves 3. Bad team assembly Tackle the first as if your life depends on it, and ask yourself the question every single day if you need to. You'd start a business 100 times faster if you looked for problems within a market rather than coming up with a genius idea. Genius ideas come to you; you cannot create them out of thin air. Few.

Never live life on an equilibrium state because there will be moments in time where you will need to tip the scale to the other direction to be able to achieve the goals that you have set for yourself It is better to purposely suffer rather than suffer passively

From a young age, I understood that nature is cruel There will be a time when nature breaks your knee caps and has you look up to it Then, as you finally get back on your feet, it will do it again You need to adopt the predator mindset and "kill" anything that gets in your way on the mission, because if you don't, then your environment will mold you to be just like the rest, comfy and content. I am not saying you need to work 16 hours a day because that is what’s boasted in this online space I am just asking you to merely adopt the mentality Do you understand?
