The recent PhD review suggested that govt. funded PhD stipends are increased to 25K from September.

@ClementYChow It's totally fair to speak a lang. understood by ev1. It's abt respect. Though personally I have experienced prblm where I'm 'forced' into speaking another lang. I'm fluent in bc whom I'm having conversation with insist in replying in that lang despite me initiating it in English
