東大と筑波大、広島大、NIIの研究者らは、AI検索においてウェブページをヒットさせたい場合、「何が書いてあるか」だけでなく「文書全体の構成とセクション設計」も明らかに効果が大きいことを発見したと報告しています。 細かい語句の強調よりも、まず大きな構造を整えるほうが優先的とのこと。 見出しの階層や情報のまとまり方、リストや表のような整理された形式が重要だとしています。 実験で6種類の生成AI系検索エンジンで比較したところ、構造を最適化した文章は、元の文章より平均で17.3％引用されやすくなったと報告しています。 主観評価でも平均18.5％改善し、とくに「影響力がありそうに見えるか」「クリックしたくなるか」が大きく伸びたとしています。

Mistakes happen. As a team, the important thing is to recognize it’s never an individuals’s fault — it’s the process, the culture, or the infra.
