Teaching how to truly tackle is important. Sitting in the ER with my son after this horse collar. Break across the tibia and fibula. Injuries happen in the game but fundamentals can help prevent some of them. Anyway, just venting. He will heal up fine & be back stronger.

Heartbroken 💔 to lose my grandmother this afternoon. Isabell Haggar passed away today. She was my biggest fan and supporter. She was tougher than anyone I’ve ever known, but was also so kind, loving, and generous. We were lucky to have her as a grandmother and great-grandmother
