This week, members of #ECO2SCAPE Andreas Vierling (LPV) & Nina Hagemann (TUD-CLE) attended the International Conference "Economic Incentives that affect Biodiversity" -@BfN_de. Inspiring presentations and discussions with people from all over the world in a unique place.

Our #ECO2SCAPE field work season continues: we spent four days in northern Saxony to asses plant diversity on set-aside fields. Thanks to all of the students @tudresden_de helping in the field!

Happy to announce that our first #ECO2SCAPE field work week for 2023 was successful! The fieldwork is embedded in student seminars @tudresden_de and we are happy to have the support of so many great students. 🐦🐝🦇

Our second farmer and scientist #ECO2SCAPE networking meeting took place last Friday. Field work, interview results, and co-designed measures were discussed. We are very happy about the constructive and good exchange and are looking forward to the further cooperation. 👩‍🌾🌍👩‍🔬

Hi I’m Ryo. I started my postdoc @tudresden_de as a member of the #ECO2SCAPE project team since May 2022. My research focuses on 1) how avian species are distributed in the agricultural landscape and 2) how the avian species have functional roles in the community. 🐦📈

Last day of #Landscape2021 conference. Had a great time presenting our @BESTMAP and #ECO²SCAPE projects, as well as learning from the very informative sessions! Looking forward to forming new research collaborations and delving on the challenging ideas being brought to the table.

Today was the first day of the #fedakickoff2021 meeting - the @BMBF_Bund research initiative to preserve biodiversity in Germany @FEdA_Biodiv. Our #ECO2SCAPE project is part of this initiative and we will pitch it tomorrow.
