Me trying to repost a post from a dev only to realize I was blocked for no reason 🤡 The dev was getting hate for the game, that's the worst feeling you can get as a dev.

@CodeRed_dev He used to post the same tweet over and over, several times a day, for weeks, I got blocked for commenting on that, maybe that's what happened to you as well?

@CodeRed_dev Gotta be honest I see him trending these days, but I've seen his videos on Reddit years ago, and the behavior was still the same with no more progress made since then, always the same videos. I may be wrong but this looks very fishy.

@CodeRed_dev this guy is for sure doing some sort of scam or grift, he's released like 8 crappy steam games with the same assets and he might be lying about his mom dying and him being homeless for wishlists

@CodeRed_dev He has his publisher as "indie games publisher" so that it would hopefully show up in searches frequently lol And that knight is just his bug he animated once with armor skinned over it so it'll look different. All his games have the same dev page and art.

@CodeRed_dev I am all for supporting other devs. But at some point him posting the same thing a 1000 times over the span of a year with no real progression is going to get hate. Also it genuinely feels like a scam because in a year time I have not seen 1 completed level

@CodeRed_dev Maybe the guy is in terrible struggle right now and he s getting so much hate that it start hurting? Maybe the community is so full of toxic people that sometimes dev does some mistakes cause he s getting jumpy? Maybe we should leave him alone without crating flames around it ?

Ngl, Was championing him a yearish ago, I even sent a DM to help, change a few things and give some critical feedback he was seeking. Instead the convo turned into being on the streets and about his mother dying. Sad to hear that, but really it’s been a year, it’s the same Room 5 with one quick iteration and a new video. 30 seconds of pity party added up to 410 tweets about being poor and needing help for being on the streets. If there was no engagement he’d delete the tweet. It’s a nothing burger.

@CodeRed_dev Well its Ai generated, and its a not subtle rip off of and existing indie game that had tons of heart and soul poored into it. Its like someone saying their bakery deserves more love, but then you find out their cookies are stolen from another bakery and weeks old.

@CodeRed_dev I recently burst out on a guy and the internet took screenshot about it and I got 2 week of special snowflakes getting edgy on my social media on one of the most stressful period of my life. Maybe we should all put the phones down and maybe stop making theories about everything?
