@nalinrajput23 To the people assuming this is grease - this is typical wear of the plastic keys making them smooth and shiny over time.
Cannot really be prevented without a keyboard cover unless you just stop using the keyboard.
Can really only be solved by replacing the keys.

Be thankful it's not that butterfly keyboard from the Macbook 12 and older MBP.. had those replaced twice and still needs doing again.

- When the battery is below 80%, replace the top case at the Apple battery price for €229.
- Replace the top case with AppleCare+ at €99
- Replace the keys manually; entirely possible but fragile.
