Biden certainly isn’t going to pardon you for your felony and misdemeanor crimes: 1) obstruction of an official proceeding 2) entering and remaining in a restricted grounds or building 3) disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds 4) disorderly conduct in a capitol building. Which contributed to: * 140 LE officers injured * $2.7 million in damage to the US Capitol * Four officers, who responded to the attack, died by suicide within seven months * an attempt to overturn the vote of 80 million Americans.

I was just sentenced to 1 year and 7 months incarceration for my role in the protest on January 6th, 2021. The government claimed that I stopped the certification of the election, and that my unapologetic claims of widespread voter fraud, along with my continued observation of federal agitators on 1/6, meant that I had no remorse for entering the Capitol building that day. Therefore, I needed maximum deterrence in order to keep the community safe and prevent me from continuing down this life of crime.
