The entire code is in there including the code to start a new $XRP Ledger.
From the command line, execute โrippled --startโ and a brand new ledger is started. Thatโs actually documented in the code and the online documentation provided by @Ripple.

@haydentiff Looking at the github it seems like just the daemon and other tools are open sourced. If the actual code that created ripple is not open sourced then why should we trust ripple the technology to be secure? IMHO this goes against everything crypto stands for.
