🚨 Arsenal are seriously considering a move for Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott.
Mikel Arteta reportedly sees the 22-year-old as a key addition to strengthen his midfield after an impressive breakthrough season.
Bournemouth want to keep Scott and have set an £80m valuation, while Manchester United and Liverpool are also monitoring the situation.
According to @alex_crook
My take: I’d take Scott over Tonali — he’s younger, Premier League-proven, and still has huge potential.
That said, Lille’s Ayyoub Bouaddi is another exciting option for the future.
Arsenal fans, who are you picking: Scott, Tonali, or Bouaddi? 🤔

🚨 THE BETRAYAL OF THE 🐐🚨
I completely saw this coming. They fumbled when it mattered most and utterly betrayed Cristiano Ronaldo. 🤬🇵🇹
Let’s be completely honest for a second: the day Ronaldo decides to hang up his boots, Portugal will instantly slide back into the shadow of exactly how they used to be before he changed their history.
It is incredibly sad to watch how quickly people forget greatness. 💔
Do you think Portugal can actually survive without the 🐐, or is this the beginning of the end for them? Let’s talk in the replies

💣🚨 BREAKING: Algeria 🇩🇿 Submits Official Petition to FIFA Over Messi Non-Red Card in Argentina vs Algeria (2026 World Cup)
In the 30th minute, Messi went in late on Algeria captain Aïssa Mandi studs raking the back of his calf/ankle. Ref gave only a free-kick, no card at all. VAR checked and said no problem. Now the Algerian FA has sent a formal petition to FIFA asking for a review and possible action.
FIFA/IFAB Law 12 Rules Algeria Is Citing:
>Serious Foul Play: A challenge that endangers the opponent or uses excessive force = red card.
>Lunging Challenge: Lunging with one or both legs using excessive force or endangering safety = red card.
>Excessive Force: Going beyond necessary force and endangering the player = mandatory red.
>Reckless (yellow) vs Serious (red): Disregard for danger = yellow; actual endangerment = red.
Algeria’s Case: Late studs-up contact on the calf/ankle with full body weight clear serious foul play under the rules. They say it should have been a red and VAR got it wrong.
Pundits agree: Thierry Henry called it a red, Ale Moreno said “100% a red.”
Officials: No card, said it was only careless. Mandi got treatment but carried on.
FIFA will now look into the petition. Strong debate going on.
What do you think, red card or not? ⚽

Watching Ødegaard for Norway last night only reinforced a concern I've had for a while.
If Arsenal's attacking structure continues to revolve around him as the main creator, we could have a problem.
Yes, he produced an excellent cross for Norway's third goal against Iraq, but beyond that, his influence in dangerous areas was limited. He still drops deep to collect possession and connect phases of play, but the cutting edge that once made him so devastating seems to be missing.
I couldn't help but think back to the Ødegaard of 2022/23. That version was ruthless in the final third, constantly arriving in scoring positions, creating chances, and dictating games.
With Gyökeres now leading the line, there will be even more opportunities to unlock defenses. Arsenal don't just need Ødegaard to participate in attacks ,they need him to dominate them.
The talent is still there. The question is whether we will see that elite version of Ødegaard again.
Do you think he'll return to his best next season?
