@chillsushi I noticed this when I was the last time in Sweden. When I was 79kg I had no issue being 1-3 hours outdoors at -10°C, but this year when I went back I couldn’t handle -6°C. I now can’t even handle 10°C w humidity which is the avg. winter temp here in Spain.

10°C feels the way -10°C used to :( one of the best things about being fat was the WARMTH. I miss being warm so much. I miss being able to work outdoors in all temps. I will never get my dream job and it’s because I took that away from myself
