I think I figured this out. If this BTS photo of Tidmouth Sheds may have been a deleted scene during the chase sequence, then this might have been a victim of what got refilmed during the model scenes filming production.

To add to this, the Daisy episodes were both clearly made during the end of production for S2.
Daisy was seen in very few sets that are proven to be filmed later on, such as Elsbridge. And her nameboard is at New Harbour, and not Tidmouth like the others.

Based on the episode numbers here: 1-9 are the same 21-26 are the same 10 is Percy's Promise 17-20 are The Twin Engines + Breakfast So 13-16 are... Duck and Diesel + Better Late Than Never? It appears Daisy and Percy's Predicament replaced Percy's Promise and The Missing Coach.
