@danmartell Agreed, as long as you're present and performing. The one timeless and universal foundation for success is sustained superior performance - SSP. If you're bringin' it and still under-appreciated, you have the wrong bosses.

Quitting a job is OK. Moving on is OK. Struggling is OK. What's NOT okay is staying somewhere you're not valued and appreciated.
