@TeachMrReed Always being on time is unrealistic. It's also ableism. I have a juvenile-onset autoimmune disorder. Health is my main factor in being on time. Value the effort and people will do their best. Adults don't get IEPs and kids shouldn't need one to be treated with respect and grace.
