Our client has apparent disabilities which caused his hand to slip into an @Uber driver. Apology and explanation given but @Uber have closed his account. Vulnerable man’s independence curtailed and no recourse. Shocking discrimination. @Uber can do better.

Introducing the winners of our wellbeing meet-up challenge. We were given spaghetti, marshmallows, paper and string to build a structure. Fascinating how approaches were different but the winners kept it simple, relying on geometry and a good dose of common sense. #teamwork

Busy day of training today for some of our teams, because skills matter. We see the value in investing in colleagues. Always learning, always competent.

Lots of training and development going on this week. Looking at the lasting impact of childhood psychological trauma into adulthood, holidays after brain injury as well as peer review and looking forward to catching up with @AlastairWhite10 tomorrow.
