@NWPolice these four were spotted in the early hours of this morning wandering around the streets of Llanberis AGAIN. They have broken into several properties already. Is there any chance you can do something about this?

SheUltra Marathon completed. 31 gruelling miles on the Llyn Peninsular in absolutely stunning weather. Finished in 8 hours 39 mins. Already entered for 2025. Now to rest up. @Penllynultra

Well this time next week I will be registering and picking up my tracker and bib for my very first Ultra Marathon. All being well I will be on the start line a week tomorrow for this awesome event in celebration of my 60th year on this planet.

The American RECOVER initiative has brought together over 100 veterinary specialists, to produce an evidence-based veterinary CPR guideline. There currently does not exist a European or UK set of guidelines.

RECOVER Pet CPR It's really important that all first aid providers keep up to date within their field by keeping a portfolio of Continual Professional Development (CPD). Back in March I undertook the online RECOVER Pet CPR course.
