@McDonaldsUK Ordered a McDelivery, did not receive it, every support avenue leads to @ubereats_uk phone, who just tells me there's nothing they can do since there's a proof of delivery, which is a picture of someone elses door. No one on the support line seemed to understand

@UberUKI_Support Again, you're of no help. Exactly the same as the people on the phone on that number. Keeping to your script, copy pasting, repeating the exact same thing over and over again and hope your customer move on. The people at the number is doing the same
