One of the GPs I trusted with my LP dollars is again promoting on his LinkedIn how "grinding for multifamily" isn't worth it right now and that he's putting his "operational skills" to better use by rolling up CPA firms. GPs....don't do this. It's terribly tone deaf and, in my opinion, disrespectful to the people that trusted you with their capital back when you claimed multifamily was your sole focus.
