Today is the start of the 4th heat wave this year and again things are starting to feel very uncomfortable.
Its now 29C and my Asthma is starting to get bad again.
Hope we get some lower temps in the next few weeks ...x

Since 21 June 25 the we've had yet another heat wave and things are starting to feel very uncomfortable.
I like sunny blue skys and warm weather but 30C or higher temps even make's my Asthma bad.
These heat waves are due to global warming ...x

Dont get me wrong I love the summer but during a heat wave with high temps its not easy to deal with.
When temps are between 22C - 25C then its great and its lovely to walk around in light summer clothes and wake up to sunny days.

@ShannaBukhari The last week or so has been hell as we are in the middle of a heatwave with outside temps 28C+ and inside home temps at 30C during the day and night, so fans dont work.
Its making my Asthma get worse and I cant sleep that well due to 30C temps .....x

Tooth ache has gone and thats great but last 4 weeks have still been very stressful for other things.
Last week we did have summer but the last few days feel like grey and cold Feb day.

Tooth ache has come back and I can't sleep, gums also ache.
Not a nice a feeling.
But I'll be ok once I take some pain killers. ....x

So far March 2025 has been a bad and stressful month and on top of it all I still have tooth ache.
But looking on the bright side at least the sun has come out today, its still cold but there is a blue sky out there ....x

Feb 2025 wasn't that good, I saw the dentist and tooth ache went away for a while after but its slowly come back now so will need to see the dentist again if it gets worse.
Hope March 2025 will be a better month but I'll see what happens. ....x
