@zeltschmuck @AndreasKisel @in81856 Ich bekomme in Restaurants regelmäßig grünen Tee, der mit kochendem Wasser aufgegossen wurde. Der beste Fall bisher war kochendes Wasser plus loser Tee im Beutel. Da konnte ich wenigstens warten - und hoffen, dass ich um die 80°C herum den Tee selbst zubereite.

Gestern bestellte ich in einem Restaurant einen Tee aus der als „hervorragend“ angepriesenen Auswahl. Stattdessen bekam ich ein Glas lauwarmes Wasser und einen Dallmayr-Teebeutel – für fünf Euro. Der Niedergang ist verdient. #Gastronomie
