We might feel like we don't have time for prayer because we have a million things to do. But prayer has no formal location or time slot requirement. Prayer is a way of life, and we can pray wherever we are.

Here’s two questions we can ask ourselves before we say "yes" to one more thing: -How will this “yes” feel two weeks, two months or six months from now? -Is this "yes" connected to people-pleasing in any way? When we can plan for what’s realistic, we won’t end up overextended.
