@Nama_Services01 the 3rd agent tells me my account is minus, and in a span of 4 days I've used 11 OMR, so I ask them to justify this usage and proceeds to talk to me as if Nama is facing the outage and not me.

By far @Nama_Services01 is the worst organization in the Sultanate. The service is extremely poor. The customer service is worse beyond measure. The call center agents are so rude, and irrespective of the customer's issue.
